Obumex Return Policy
In the unlikely event that a return is requested, request must be made within 30 days from the day buyer received item.
All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc, if included.
Software sales are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

For 30 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged Obumex.com product and receive a full refund for ANY reason, Except if it is stated differently on the product and/or product page.
12-month warranty for quality-related issue:
For 12 months after the date of purchase, we take care of all quality-related issues with a Replacement or Full refund except if stated differently on the product page. Then will accept the requirement on the produce or product page.

How to Return Your Purchased Item

Items purchased from Obumex.com can be returned in their original purchase condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. If you would prefer to exchange an item, just start the Return Request and let us know you want to exchange and the reason form the Exchange. We will send you a RMA label dependent on the reason for the return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at return[@]obumex.com and include your order number. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any sales tax) to the original payment method used. Remove the [ ] sign on the return email address.
Other Notes
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Please allow two weeks for the processing of your refund.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner
